For the last 4 years, I’ve struggled with debilitating back pain that affected my daily life. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on physical therapists, imaging, injections — the list goes on — and no one was ever really able to pinpoint the root cause. Dr. Patel was the first person to actually connect the dots and help me understand where the pain was coming from. She and her staff have taught me the tools and exercises needed to strengthen the right muscles and finally start making progress. What I appreciate most is how much time she takes to answer all of my questions and how quickly she adapts my treatment plan based on how I’m feeling that day. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to improve. I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

The doctors and physical therapists are skilled, knowledgeable and approachable, especially Abby! Thanks to several weeks of hard work with her, I can restart the activities I love with strength and endurance. She was never judgemental when I said I skipped exercises one day or worked past my limit; she always adjusted our session accordingly to be more or less difficult, which I appreciated a lot. Also thank you to Rashid, the PT assistant, who also helped me improve so much!

It feels like one of the biggest challenges while recovering from an injury is finding the right physical therapist. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Patel /Physical Therapists NYC. She was immediately different from other PTs. She has an incredible understanding of the body, is engaging yet straightforward, getting to the heart of injuries and methods to heal while getting the body conditioned. Her experience & knowledge along with the manner in which she treats you immediately puts you at ease & gives confidence on healing. Team member Rajit is great and so easy to work with too — & gives a powerful therapeutic massage that reveals things about injuries and the body you didn’t know existed. Highly recommend Dr. Patel & Rajit.

Abby has been an incredible physical therapist. I came in with a lot of lower back pain, and now (as long as I keep up with what she taught me!) I’m pain-free. She has a great personality, easygoing and very patient with me. Highly recommend!

Abby is a wonderful physical therapist who truly listens to her patients and takes the time to understand what is causing pain or discomfort. She assigns targeted exercises designed to build strength and support recovery, which has been very helpful. It’s also reassuring that there is a pain management doctor available as part of the practice to further assist with treatment and recovery. The team provides a supportive and professional environment focused on helping patients heal and feel better.

This is the best physical therapy I have ever received. Abby is great. Pushes you enough to make progress, but understanding when your body isn’t feeling it that day. And the “HW” helps keep you moving forward. Highly recommend.

I love this physical therapy office. I have been here for two injuries and have seen my neck improve to no pain in years. Currently here for my lower back and I already see results on strengthening. I’ve had an excellent experience with this physical therapy office. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about your recovery. Both Dr. Patel and Rashid take the time to listen, explain each step of the process, and tailor treatment plans to my specific needs.
